Puppy Check-up
The puppy's first check-up will entail the vet checking his overall condition.

 * Note: If the puppy is in good health, he will then receive his first distemper, parvo, adenovirus and parifluenza vaccine.

Puppy Purchase Requirements
To purchase a puppy you will need to contact us by e-mail or phone. We will have many questions for you as you will us. We will do our best to pick the right puppy that best suits your future companion needs.  Please note that once the puppies have been born, both mom and puppies are quarantined from visits from anyone until they are proper vaccinated for the first time.  A $400.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. We accept personal checks for puppy deposits only. Balance of puppy must be paid in cash at the time of pick up.  Personal checks will not be accepted.

We strive to place our puppy's in great home environments. Mallard Point Kennels reserves the right to decline a potential puppy sale to preserve a puppy's well being. All puppies are sold with a SPAY/NEUTER agreement. We provide health history with your new puppy which includes: a copy of all health clearances on both parents, a health record of everything your puppy has had done up to the date of leaving, a puppy guide that includes housebreaking tips, feeding schedule, things to keep your puppy away from, etc. We can also microchip your puppy before leaving.

Microchip
Microchipping is a permanent pet identification. It is a safe and simple form of pet identification designed to quickly identify lost pets and reunite them with their new owners. For more info on microchipping: www.HomeAgainID.com.

What you will need before bringing the puppy home.
We require that you take your new family member to your veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase date. So a vet appointment should be setup in advance of you picking up your new puppy. We highly recommend crate training your puppy, so therefore you will need a suitable crate. You will need a bag of food. You will also need adequate toys to entertain your puppy. Such as tennis balls, chew toys, etc.
