Questionnaire

All puppies are temperament tested at the age of seven weeks. Once the evaluation process is complete, we will match the appropriate puppy to the appropriate family.

To reserve a puppy, we will first need to approve your questionnaire. Once approved, a $500 non-refundable deposit will reserve your puppy.

All puppies are sold as companions and are placed with a spay/neuter agreement.

Please note: Sometimes our responses go to your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check there once you have submitted your questionnaire.

Deposits are non-refundable for the following reasons:

We want to ensure you are 100% committed to one of our puppies.
A lot of time and effort goes into emails, photos, and conversations.
Deposits help cover the costs of testing done prior to breeding.

By submitting this questionnaire, you understand that the non-refundable deposit policy serves as an implied legal contract.
